SHIPPING & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy governs all purchases made through XYZ, including purchases made through xyzshop.live. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree that the products sold by XYZ are primarily digital informational products and are delivered electronically rather than through traditional physical shipping methods. Customers should carefully review this Policy and the applicable product description before completing a purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Unless a particular product listing expressly and unmistakably states otherwise, XYZ does not ship physical merchandise. Products offered through xyzshop.live may include vendor contact information, supplier information, vendor links, electronic documents, downloadable files, text files, access instructions, website links, or other digital information. Purchasing a product depicting or referencing clothing, footwear, accessories, merchandise, or another physical item does not mean that XYZ will ship that physical item to the purchaser. The customer is purchasing the digital information described on the applicable product page, not the physical merchandise that may be associated with the vendor or supplier.
Because our products are digitally delivered, customers will not receive a physical package, tracking number, shipping label, postal notification, courier delivery, or estimated physical delivery date unless XYZ expressly states otherwise for a particular product. Customers should not wait for a package to arrive after purchasing a digital vendor-information product because no physical package will be sent.
METHOD OF DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products purchased through xyzshop.live are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout. Depending upon the product purchased, the delivery email may contain vendor contact information, a vendor website or contact link, downloadable content, a digital file, instructions, supplier information, or another form of electronic content described on the product page.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the email address entered during checkout is complete, correctly spelled, accessible, and capable of receiving electronic communications. XYZ is not responsible for delivery difficulties caused by an incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, abandoned, inaccessible, or otherwise inaccurate email address provided by the purchaser.
DELIVERY TIME
Many digital products may be delivered shortly after a successful payment is completed. However, XYZ does not guarantee instantaneous delivery or a specific delivery time unless expressly stated on the applicable product page. Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment verification, fraud screening, email-provider delays, automated system processing, website maintenance, technical interruptions, unusually high order volume, weekends, holidays, or circumstances outside XYZ's reasonable control.
A delay in electronic delivery does not mean that a physical item is being shipped and does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Where a legitimate delivery problem occurs, XYZ should be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the order and, where appropriate, resend or otherwise provide access to the digital product.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND FILTERED FOLDERS
After completing a purchase, customers should carefully check the inbox associated with the email address entered at checkout. Customers should also inspect their spam, junk, promotions, social, quarantine, filtered, and other secondary email folders, as automated delivery messages may occasionally be redirected by third-party email providers.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used during checkout. XYZ is not responsible for a customer's failure to immediately locate a delivery email because the purchaser did not check filtered folders, deleted the message, lost access to the email account, exceeded their mailbox storage capacity, blocked electronic communications, or otherwise experienced an issue with their own email provider or account.
INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their contact information before submitting an order. If the customer provides an incorrect email address, XYZ may be unable to automatically deliver the purchased digital information to the intended recipient.
If you believe you entered an incorrect email address, contact XYZ using the support information provided on xyzshop.live. Where reasonably possible, XYZ may update the delivery address and resend the digital product after verifying that the requesting individual is the legitimate purchaser. XYZ reserves the right to request reasonable proof of purchase before changing the email address associated with a completed transaction or disclosing paid digital information to a different email address.
An incorrectly entered customer email address does not, by itself, mean that XYZ failed to fulfill the transaction or automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCT
If you completed a purchase but cannot locate your digital product, vendor link, vendor contact information, or other purchased content, you should contact XYZ through the customer-support information displayed on xyzshop.live. Before contacting us, customers should confirm that they are checking the same email address entered during checkout and should inspect all spam, junk, promotions, filtered, and secondary email folders.
When contacting XYZ regarding a delivery issue, customers should provide sufficient information to allow us to identify and authenticate the transaction. This may include the order number, purchaser's name, email address used during checkout, purchase date, transaction amount, screenshot of the order-confirmation page or email, and other reasonable information necessary to locate the purchase.
If ordinary transaction information is insufficient to verify the purchase, XYZ may request additional reasonable proof. This may include a redacted screenshot of a bank or credit-card statement displaying the merchant descriptor, transaction date, and purchase amount. Customers should conceal unrelated transactions, balances, full account numbers, full card numbers, and other unnecessary financial information. XYZ will never require a customer to provide a complete debit or credit-card number, CVV security code, PIN, online-banking password, or bank-account login credentials for ordinary order verification.
REDELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If XYZ verifies that a legitimate purchaser did not receive or cannot access a purchased digital product, XYZ may resend the original product, provide corrected delivery instructions, update the customer's delivery email where appropriate, or otherwise restore access to the purchased information.
Where a legitimate delivery problem can reasonably be corrected through redelivery, redelivery is generally the appropriate remedy rather than cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law and XYZ's Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy.
Customers should provide XYZ with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct an alleged delivery issue before assuming that the order was not fulfilled.
DELIVERY RECORDS
XYZ may maintain records relating to the electronic fulfillment of purchases. Depending upon the systems used to process a transaction, these records may include order timestamps, payment confirmation, customer email information, fulfillment timestamps, delivery records, email transmission records, digital-download records, access logs, server records, authentication information, technical logs, and other information reasonably associated with the delivery or use of a digital product.
These records may be used for ordinary business administration, customer support, fraud prevention, security, verification of fulfillment, and resolution of payment disputes or chargebacks where permitted by applicable law.
Where reliable electronic records demonstrate that a digital product was successfully delivered, transmitted, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to the purchaser, XYZ may rely upon such records when responding to an allegation that the product was never provided.
THIRD-PARTY VENDOR LINKS
Certain digital products sold by XYZ may contain links or contact information associated with independent vendors, suppliers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, websites, social-media accounts, or other third parties. These third parties are independent from XYZ unless expressly stated otherwise.
XYZ does not control whether a third-party vendor responds immediately, changes its contact information, modifies its website, removes a social-media account, changes its pricing, experiences inventory shortages, temporarily becomes unavailable, or otherwise alters its business operations after the information has been provided.
If the principal vendor link or contact information supplied by XYZ appears to be materially nonfunctional when initially received, the customer should contact XYZ so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue. Where reasonably available, XYZ may provide corrected, updated, replacement, or alternative contact information.
A third-party vendor's failure to respond to the purchaser does not, by itself, establish that XYZ failed to electronically deliver the digital product purchased.
NO GUARANTEE OF VENDOR RESPONSE OR BUSINESS RESULTS
Electronic delivery by XYZ refers to delivery of the digital vendor information purchased from XYZ. It does not constitute a guarantee that an independent vendor will respond to the customer, approve the customer, maintain particular inventory, maintain a particular price, conduct business with the purchaser, or produce any particular financial result.
XYZ does not guarantee profits, revenue, sales, inventory availability, business success, return on investment, or other commercial outcomes resulting from use of vendor information. Delivery is complete when the digital information purchased has been appropriately transmitted, provided, accessed, or otherwise made available, subject to any remedies required by applicable law.
SUPPORT RESPONSE TIMES
XYZ makes reasonable efforts to review legitimate customer-support requests concerning digital delivery. However, support responses are not guaranteed to be immediate and may take several business days or longer depending upon order volume, weekends, holidays, transaction-verification requirements, technical issues, fraud investigations, or the complexity of the customer's request.
Customers should avoid sending excessive duplicate messages concerning the same issue, as repeated communications may make it more difficult to identify and investigate the applicable transaction.
XYZ may restrict or discontinue communications that, after reasonable review, contain demonstrably fabricated proof of purchase, impersonation, fraudulent transaction information, harassment, spam, repeated attempts to obtain additional paid products without payment, or other clear abuse of the customer-support process. This provision does not permit XYZ to disregard a legitimate unresolved delivery issue submitted by a genuine purchaser.
DIGITAL DELIVERY AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers experiencing a legitimate delivery problem are encouraged to contact XYZ so that we have an opportunity to investigate and correct the issue. Nothing in this Policy prevents a purchaser from exercising legitimate rights available under applicable law or through their financial institution.
If a transaction is disputed, XYZ may provide relevant records to Shopify, payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, fraud-prevention services, dispute-resolution providers, or other authorized parties. Such records may include order information, checkout records, email addresses supplied by the purchaser, payment verification, delivery timestamps, digital access records, email transmission records, product descriptions, customer-support correspondence, applicable policies, and evidence of redelivery or attempted resolution.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase through xyzshop.live, the customer acknowledges that the purchased product is digital unless the product listing expressly states otherwise, that no physical item will be shipped, that digital products are delivered electronically using the information provided during checkout, that the customer is responsible for entering an accurate email address, that electronic delivery may occasionally experience reasonable delays, and that the customer's failure to receive a physical package does not constitute non-delivery of a digital product.
The purchaser further acknowledges that vendor information relates to independent third parties and that XYZ does not guarantee third-party response times, continued availability, inventory, pricing, profitability, sales, or business results.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
XYZ reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy prospectively to reflect changes in our products, delivery methods, technology, payment-processing systems, business procedures, or applicable legal requirements. The version of this Policy in effect at the time an order is completed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
CONTACT
Customers experiencing a legitimate problem receiving their digital purchase should contact XYZ using the customer-support information published on xyzshop.live and provide sufficient proof of purchase so that we may identify and investigate the transaction.
